The Dutch website toegankelijkamsterdam.nl with its English language section provides information about the accessibility (can I get there?) and usability (can I make good use of it?) of all Amsterdam’s public buildings.

Carré has been inspected in nine areas:
Public transport, parking, entrance, horizontal accessibility, vertical accessibility, lavatories, facilities for the blind and partially sighted, facilities for the deaf and hard of hearing and smoking ban. Each area is rated with a number of dashes: 1, 2, 3 or 4, with 4 dashes the highest score.
