Box office opening times
The Carré box-office is open from 10.00 to 20.00 hours, with the exception of Bank Holidays when there is no performance.
Reservations can be made seven days a week in the Netherlands between 10.00 and 21.00 hours on 0900-2525255 (€1.30 p.m.)
From outside the Netherlands, reservations can be made seven days a week between 10.00 and 18.00 hours on 31-20-5249452.
Warning to Carré visitors
Unfortunately, an increasing number of tickets for shows in Carré are being offered by third parties rather than the sales outlets recognised by us.
The management of Carré not only feels obliged to point out that buying tickets from third parties is forbidden, we also want to warn our visitors of the attendant risks.
Firstly, the buyer of these tickets often pays an unnecessarily high price. Secondly, if tickets are bought from an unrecognised source, Carré is authorised to refuse entry and to claim any damages caused from the buyer of the tickets.
The ticket buyer will not receive a refund of the ticket price or any other form of compensation in the case of loss or theft of the tickets. If, for whatever reason, the buyer does not use the tickets, this is for his/her own expense. Tickets bought from third parties cannot be exchanged nor will any compensation be paid.
In addition, Carré points out that it is forbidden to sell tickets for a Carré show to a third party or to provide tickets to a third party for commercial ends. The tickets remain the property of the theatre, even when the buyer has paid the full ticket price. Buying tickets from the theatre or its recognised sales outlets is the only way to guarantee entrance to a show.
